Pricing Plan and Usage Limits
Auto Tags has a simple pricing structure with usage-based tiers.
How is Usage Calculated?
Anytime the app adds or removes a tag on any entity, it will count towards your usage limit. e.g, if the app adds tag 'A' and removes tag 'B' from the product, it is equivalent to consuming 2 tag credits.
To give another example, if a workflow is configured to add dynamic tags e.g, tag customers based on product vendors, and due to which we add 'Nike', 'Adidas' & 'Sparx' to a customer, it is equivalent to consuming 3 tag credits. Continuing the same example, if the customer already had 'Nike' tag added to them, even though the activity log would show that we added three tags to the customer -- 'Nike', 'Adidas' and 'Sparx', it will only consume 2 tag credits from your usage limit.
How often are usage credits refilled?
Usage credits are refilled on the 1st of each month at 00:00:00 UTC
Do unused credits roll over to next month?
No. Tag usage Credits expire on the last day of the month and renew on the first day of the following month.

If you have a large store and need more tag credits, please get in touch with our team by emailing us at email@example.com to discuss your requirements and come up with a custom plan.
We allow stores on a development plan to use the app free of charge. You can opt for any plan when presented with the pricing page and the app will ask you to authorize a "test" charge for which you won't be actually charged by Shopify. Once your store launches, we'll auto-cancel the "test" charge and ask you to subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using the app.
